By placing an order on CustomTron, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — especially sections 2 (Security Model) and 4 (Refund Policy).
1. Service Description
CustomTron provides a GPU-accelerated TRON vanity address generation service. We find TRON wallet addresses (T...) that match a pattern of your choice — such as a prefix, suffix, or both.
Generation is performed using a split-key cryptographic model (described in Section 2) that ensures we never have access to your complete private key at any point in the process.
We do not provide financial advice, investment services, or custody of any cryptocurrency assets.
2. Security Model
Understanding how our service works is important for your security:
- Your client private key is generated entirely within your browser using
window.crypto.getRandomValues. It never leaves your device.
- We receive only your public key — a mathematical derivative that reveals nothing about your private key.
- Our GPU cluster finds a matching address using a server-side offset key. This offset is encrypted with your public key before storage.
- The final private key is assembled only in your browser by combining your client key and the server offset. We never see the complete private key.
- Even a complete compromise of our servers would not expose your private key.
⚠ You are solely responsible for saving your client private key generated in Step 2. If you lose it before completing Step 5, your address cannot be recovered. We do not store it.
Our cryptographic code (crypto.js) is open source and published on GitHub with verifiable checksums. The order page automatically verifies file integrity at load time.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are accepted in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only. We do not accept TRX, ETH, BTC, or fiat currency.
- Each order generates a unique payment address. Send the exact amount shown.
- Payment window is 15 minutes from order creation. Unpaid orders expire automatically.
- GPU generation begins automatically upon payment confirmation (typically within 30 seconds of blockchain confirmation).
- Prices are displayed in USD and denominated 1:1 in USDT.
We are not responsible for funds sent to expired addresses, incorrect amounts, or transfers on the wrong network.
4. Refund Policy
GPU generation starts immediately after payment. Once generation has begun, no refund can be issued.
We will issue a full refund in the following cases only:
- Payment confirmed but GPU generation did not start within 30 minutes due to our system failure.
- Generation completed but the delivered address does not match your requested pattern.
- Technical failure on our side prevents delivery and we cannot retry within 24 hours.
Refunds are issued in USDT to the sending address within 48 hours of the confirmed refund request. To request a refund, contact support via Telegram with your order ID.
No refunds are issued for: change of mind, incorrect patterns entered by the user, or addresses generated correctly but not imported to a wallet.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Save your private key. Write it down before closing the browser in Step 2. We cannot recover it for you.
- Verify the address before depositing funds into it. Import to TronLink and confirm it matches your pattern.
- Keep your order link private. Anyone with your order link and your client private key can combine keys and access your address.
- Use a secure device. Do not use public computers or untrusted networks when generating keys or completing Step 5.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency use.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use CustomTron to:
- Generate addresses for the purpose of fraud, scams, or phishing attacks (e.g. address poisoning).
- Circumvent sanctions, anti-money laundering rules, or other financial regulations.
- Resell our service as your own without explicit written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or GPU infrastructure.
- Generate addresses that mimic the addresses of known exchanges or projects with intent to deceive.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service for suspected violations without refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CustomTron is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability of the service.
- A specific generation time — estimates are approximate and depend on GPU availability and pattern difficulty.
- Compatibility of generated addresses with all wallets or exchanges (all standard TRON wallets are supported).
Cryptocurrency markets and networks are inherently volatile and subject to external conditions outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CustomTron shall not be liable for:
- Loss of funds stored in generated addresses due to user error, lost private keys, or device compromise.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
- Losses exceeding the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to process your order:
- Your public key — used for split-key generation. Stored until order completion.
- Your pattern — stored for generation and verification.
- Telegram chat ID or email — optional, used only for order notifications.
- Payment transaction ID — stored for order tracking.
We do not collect names, physical addresses, IP addresses tied to identities, or any data beyond what is listed above. We do not sell or share data with third parties. Order data is retained for 90 days after completion, then deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For significant changes, we will post a notice on the homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
